Research Project:  A single semester-long design project will be assigned during the term.  It will be analysis and simulation based.  You should use Matlab to perform the simulation (unless you prefer C-coding). The project is meant to provide students with a deeper understanding of research issues in digital communication systems.  The assignment description is be provided on this page.  Students may work in groups as large as three or may work individually.
